The shape of the bowl is also fancy. There is a script monogram. It measures 10 by 7 1/2by 2 tall. The rebus is formed from a capital serif U and a small 3D screw. Sometimes this is just the message you need to convey. STERLING MEXICO with an eagle assay mark, dating it to 1979 or earlier.
