   THIS LOT IS FOR A FIGURAL DUTCH STERLING ACTUALLY. 930 FINE SILVER WINDMILL WAGER CUP MADE IN 1896. IT HAS BOTH DUTCH AS WELL AS ENGLISH LONDON IMPORT MARKS FOR 1896. THESE CUPS WERE USED FOR A DRINKING GAME WHERE YOU HAD TO SPIN THE WINDMILL BLADES AND DOWN THE LIQUOR BEFORE THE BLADES STOP SPINNING.
