This is a beautiful stainless steel "S" shank bit in excellent vintage pre-owned condition with beautifully engraved Sterling Silver overlay shanks made by Norm and Chet Vogt. This is determined by the Star Vogt mark which was used by Vogt Silversmiths from 1971 to 1989 when Chet and Norm Vogt were running the business.
