English Sterling Silver Tea Strainer With Hallmarks

English Sterling Silver tea strainer spoon. Hallmarks are on both sides of the handle, though not on the strainer bowl (see photos). On one side of the handle are the marks: " W D"; an illegible mark; a lion, indicating sterling silver; & a capital "X". On the other side of the handle are the marks: a lion; & a capital "X".
As the sterling silver marks are on the handle & not on the strainer bowl, the silver content of this portion is uncertain. The length is 7 7/16 in length. The diameter of the bowl is 3. This piece is in great condition, showing little use.
