As per the item title: this is a Gordon Highlanders WW2 World War Two or Second World War Officers' Sterling Silver Stag's Head 3D three-dimensional Cap Badge. Ludlow of London Maker Marked on the reverse. Badge demonstrates superior quality construction and very few badges to officers of British units during the war paralleled the craftsmanship of these Gordons' badges. Antlers on stag's head intact and undamaged as well: you often see these broken off or repaired. Not so with this badge, it is in excellent, five star condition. As you can see, lugs intact and unbent. I have not touched or polished the badge in any way, as I always prefer to leave my collection "as is": silver tarnish and all!
