Gorham Martele Sterling Silver Hand Wrought Bon-bon Dish Marked LMM 9584 fine Made c1905. Presented is a finely crafted sterling silver Martele bon-bon serving dish hallmarked for. 9584 fine sterling Gorham Martele silver first designed in 1905 with a hand hammered finish with chased floral motif. American standard sterling silver is 925 fine, so there is slightly more silver in this alloy. I have posted a picture of my research on these marks in the photos above. This is a beautiful with an excellent hand hammered hand wrought finish with only some minor dings in the hand hammered finish and some scratches from use and care and no monogram.
