   Dutch Pseudo Marked Sterling Silver Jewellery Box 1893. Antique sterling silver jewellery box, Dutch in origin and then imported into the UK, carries the pseudo marks of H Hooijkaas of Schoonhoven as well as the British import marks. The main image shows the base of the box, interesting its also highly detailed instead of just a plain base as the majority mostly are. Vintage/antique sterling silver box made in Siam. Excellent condition, Hinged lid fits nicely. Has some areas of heavy tarnish on the bottom. Has a thin wooden lining insert. Measures approx 4 13/16" x 3 7/8" at the base, and is 1 3/8 tall. Total weight including the wooden insert is 282.6 grams.
