THE PEICE IS ENGRAVED WITH THE NAME BOBBY, AUGUST 13TH 1909. THE INK WELL HAS A "CAP & WHIP" FINIAL. THE SILVER IS DESIGNED TO BE LIKE HORSES HAIR AROUND THE TOP OF THE HOOF.
