This is a beautiful antique covered casserole dishmarked Bailey & Co. It is in very good estate condition and it is not monogrammed. I have looked it over carefully and it is almost perfect. If you look inside there are a couple of tiny dings. And a small impression where one of the feet is see photos. Other than that, it is in excellent estate condition. This has beautiful hand chased work. This measures 6" high and 9" in diameter not counting the handles. It weighs 55.89 troy ounces. It sits well and does not wobble.

   Portuguese Solid Silver Tureen Covered Dish Marked Oporto Figural Pear Finial 48oz. Presented is a beautiful solid silver raised covered bowl or tureen with marks for silver made in Oporto Portugal 833 fine silver; American standard sterling silver is 925, so there is slightly less silver in this alloy. I have placed a picture in the photos above of my research on these marks.
