   This is a sterling silver globe marked 925 as seen in the photos. It is questionable weather or not it's plated sterling silver or solid but I do know it is hollow and the base feels hollow as well. It makes a wonderful chime bell sound as it spins. I really like this sterling globe it is probably the finest miniature sterling silver globe I have ever seen and a rare one given it stands approx 3" high and 2 1/2" wide including the pin it spins on.
