Vintage Marcasite Sterling Silver Lizard shines marked 925 back. It has small yellow eyes maybe small topez stones and it has 4 stones missing 3 were replaced it appears by a different color stone and 1 is missing but you can only wee this with a jewelers loop. You cannot see this with the naked eye unless you have really good vision if so God Blessed you with that. I live this ring it is very sparkly and it is very hard to tell stones are wrong or missing. It's only 4 so it's hard to tell. I just shined it up it is beautiful. I cleaned it real well so I could tell where the stones were...
