Beautiful antique sterling silver art nouveau picture frame. 1381 A is also marked and a stamp I cannot read. See pictures for details and condition. Approximate 3 5/8" x 5 1/4" photo size. Frame size - 6" wide x 7" tall. I spent 5 minutes rubbing the right side with a silver cloth. It cleaned up quite nice. The cloth on inside and back is a rich purple velvet! It's very regal looking in person! Condition is very good for age and has not been cleaned in a very long time.
