The bracelet is beautiful and is in the "style" of Wedgwood. The bracelet set with 5 cameos, and it is mounted in an ornate, fancy, sterling silver frame. The spring ring is marked "sterling", and the rest of the mounting and bezels test to sterling silver. The cameos are a bright blue and a creamy white porcelain. There are no marks on the porcelain. Judging from the sterling mountings it looks to me to be a vintage mid century copy. That is my best guess.
