Highly collectable Vintage filled Sterling silver monkey (chimpanzee) statuette, designed with exceptional attention to any detail. Produced by the Magrino brothers in Italy in the 1970's. Fully hallmarked with English import hallmarks for London, date letter R and sponsor mark FM. The statuette is also marked 925 and has the Magrino mark and other mark I couldn't identify. In good condition with only a small chip underneath. Measurements: 7.5cm x 6.5cm. A lovely modern silver elephant and calf animal miniature in a leather presentation bag. It is a London Import silver stamped. 925' and with the importers mark for Mark Houghton Ltd who was active between 1993 and 1998. Can't quite make out the date letter. It is circa 6cm long, 4cm high, and weighs 84 grams. Please note this is a good quality model, made from a good thickness of silver, and is not filled. Condition: Very good condition, with no dings, splits or repairs. Leather bag in good condition. Hallmarks too small to photograph, positioned on the underbelly of the mother elephant. ...
