It needs to be cleaned. It has a few small scratches but not much. The scratches it does have look to be from storage. I don't really see the little swirl marks you see after some cleaning or polishing. It may be over 12''. Depends on how you measure it.

A set of 8 antique Dutch Demitasse Spoons and 1 Caddy spoon. Each spoon measures 4 1/2 inches in length. They are all marked with the sword mark and a makers mark that is unknown to me. Great Geometric deep etched Arts & Crafts or Deco pattern. The lot weighs 105 grams. They are all in good condition but could use a polish.
