Reed & Barton Francis I 1 Sterling Silver Roast Carving Set Old Mark - MONOGRAM. This set exhibits moderate to heavy use with scratches, small dents, marks, and tarnishing commensurate with age. There is a monogram on each piece. The knife has many scratches on the blade from sharpening. Monogram: "DJP" We are unsure of the middle letter. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. 4 Vintage Reed & Barton Francis 1st Sterling Silver Oyster Forks. Marked Eagle-R-Lion Sterling and Pat. Approximately 5 1/2 inches long. Total weight approximately 75 grams. They have some age-related use/wear with light surface scratches and patina/tarnish. All the Francis 1st Sterling that I have listed originally belonged to my wife's grandmother. The Photos are part of the description. 12 knives 9'' original sp blades in great vintage condition. 11 salad forks 6 1/4'. 12 gumbo soups 6 5/8'. 11 flat butters 5 3/4'. 11 cocktail forks 5 3/8'. 11 demitasse spoons 3 3/4'. 1 fancy serving fork 8 7/8'. Condition: repair on 1 gumbo soup otherwise in very crisp original condition. All the pieces have the original PAT mark. There is no monogram or monogram removal.    This sale is for one four piece sterling silver place setting by Gorham in the beautiful Buttercup pattern. Includes knife, fork, teaspoon, and salad fork. All of the pieces are in excellent pre-owned estate condition with sharp details and minor surface scratching and bears the Gorham old hallmarks of an anchor flanked by both a lion and a letter "G".    A set of 6 Gorham sterling forks in the Hindostanee pattern. Total weight is about 259 grams and they measure approximately 7 1/8 long. I believe this is an early Gorham mark dating to circa 1900. There's some tarnish, scratches, scuffing and a few nicks on the silver. Someone must have used something slightly abrasive to clean at some time in the past and several forks have light scratching as pictured in the magnified photos(pics 8,9,11).
