This piece is signed on underside bottom rim STERLING SILVER. Most cloisonné is built on copper, brass, or white metal alloys and most not signed with metal content. The base color is a deep maroon with a multi color floral front. The back has a bird and leaf pattern under the maroon color. No chips, no cracks, no repairs, no dents, no wear issues.
